ZUGERBERG FINANZ TROPHY - CERTIFICATE
WHAT
- Conquer all seven mountain stages of the Zugerberg Finance Trophy in a single day on one ride!
HOW
- Complete all the mountain routes on a road bike, mountain bike, or gravel bike.
- Record your route using Strava or a GPS device (sports watch, bike computer).
- Submit your recording as a public link or via screenshot using the form below.
- Become a proud recipient of the exclusive “Zugerberg Finanz Trophy” badge and be listed in the alphabetical roster of participants for the brevet.
- At the end of the season, be invited by our presenting sponsor, Zugerberg Finanz, to the legendary cocktail reception in the garden of the Lüssihof and mingle with like-minded cyclists. Date for 2027: XX.XX.XXXX, 5:00 p.m.
WHEN AND WHERE
- Time frame: March 20, 2027 – October 1, 2027
- Route: You can define the route yourself; the seven mountain sections must be ridden along the original route.
- Recommended Route: 1 Auw-Horben – 2 Root-Michaelskreuz – 3 - Walchwil-Walchwilerberg - 4 Zug-Zugerberg via St. Verena - 5 Oberägeri-Raten - 6 Menzingen-Chnollen - 7 Schmittli-Zugerberg | Start and finish at Zugerberg Finanz (location) | approx. 150 km, 3,200 m elevation gain | Recommended time for very fit riders = 7.5 hours | Details on Komoot | GPX download | The mountain stages may also be ridden in a different order.
- Temporary Closures: Due to construction work, certain sections of the route may be temporarily closed. It is the rider’s responsibility to independently check the current situation.
IMPORTANT
- Health: We recommend that only very fit and healthy participants take part.
- Safety: Observe traffic laws and be considerate of all road users. Only start the race with a fully functional bike.
- Rules: The rules of the Zugerberg Finanz Trophy apply.
- Rankings: No rankings will be kept.
- Overall Classifications: The recorded times do not count toward the overall rankings of the Zugerberg Finanz Trophy, with the exception of the currently open time window.
